Breakfast

Room rates include a full breakfast each morning. Breakfast hours are subject to change, but in general run from 8 AM to 10AM.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 3 PM to 7 PM. Please make prior arrangements for late arrival. Check-out is 11 AM. Please remember that we are on Eastern Standard Time.

Minimum Stay Requirements

Rates are for single or double occupancy. Our inn is unable to accommodate young children or infants. Our rooms comfortably accommodate two people. On occasion we will consider an extra occupant for our largest room, the St. Moritz. There is an additional charge of $100 for the added occupant. Prior arrangements must be made. There is a two night minimum stay on most weekends throughout the year. During holiday weekends or local special events there is a three night minimum.

Cancellation Policy

Due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. A 50% deposit is required when the reservation is made. Cash, major credit cards and personal checks accepted. The balance is due upon arrival. If you cancel up to 10 or more days prior to your reservation date, there is no penalty. Cancellations less than 10 days are responsible for entire reservation unless we can re-book the room for all nights. Early departures or no-shows will be responsible for the full amount of the stay unless we are able to rebook all nights.

Smoking

Our inn is a non-smoking facility; however, smoking is permitted in designated areas outside. We don’t like to charge our guests who decide to smoke in the rooms a $200 cleaning charge for violation of the smoking policy.

Pets

While we love animals, pets are not allowed as we have no facilities to accommodate them. There are pet boarding facilities nearby.
